60 Minute Training Sessions

 Sessions include Cardiovascular, Strength and Flexibility training with a Personal Trainer. Also includes unlimited use of the gym during regular business hours.

 45 Minute Training Sessions

Sessions include Strength and Flexibility Training with a Personal Trainer. Cardiovascular training to be done on own. Also includes unlimited use of the gym during regular business hours.

 15 Minute Stretching Sessions
