"I have been with Physical Fitness for 2 years this February.  I feel fantastic and I think in the best shape of my entire life.  Not only has it helped me physically, but mentally too." -- Ann B.

Incorporating an exercise program into a daily routine has been proven in many ways to prevent the incidence of musculoskeletal injuries.  Building both strength and size of the muscular system greatly decreases the chance of strain or tear which could lead to temporary or permanent loss of function, ability to work, and maintain independence.  Injuries’ resulting from falls due to insufficient muscular strength of the lower extremities and core can have a catastrophic impact on an individual’s independent lifestyle.
