Sports Conditioning

Picture
Maintaining a proper golf or tennis swing, or having the endurance and agility to get out playing is very important to many of our members.  As we age, the muscles necessary for these movements begin to atrophy, or shrink and weaken, and many times get tighten as well.  These unfortunate occurrences will eventually add strokes to the golf score and lower number of wins on the tennis court.  Maintaining the strength and range of motion in these muscles and joints is very important to individuals who wish to continue participating in recreational activities.  The staff at Physical Fitness is qualified to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels keep these activities a part of their lives.  A one on one training session may be necessary for those who need the extra attention but a onetime session to instruct a member of the proper movements necessary to achieve these goals may be all one needs to prevent injury, maintain strength, endurance and range of motion.
