General Fitness Memberships
Physical Fitness has a variety of membership packages available to meet your needs. You can start with as little as one month at a time or 3 months at a time. We also have automatic Electronic Funds Transfer programs available for convenient monthly payments. We do not require any contracts here at Physical Fitness.
All new clients will receive two 60 minute training sessions included with all packages. During these sessions an Exercise Specialist or Exercise Physiologist will discuss your goals and take a complete health history to determine the best exercise prescription for you.
Here at Physical Fitness, we pride ourselves in specializing in Medical Fitness and therefore can set each individual up with a program that is specifically designed for them, taking into account any special needs or precautions determined by their health history. We will also be in touch with your physicians for any input they may have. We work as a team with both you and your physicians.
